  • Yes. UNPLGD supports multiple simultaneous channels, allowing different music styles, instructors, speakers, or programs to run at once—one crowd, multiple vibes.

  • No—but a DJ, instructor, speaker, or facilitator can be included, but is not required. UNPLGD™ silent disco experience audio can come from live talent, microphones, or curated playlists depending on your event format and goals.

  • For small UNPLGD™ silent disco experience can be hosted with wireless headphones and a simple audio source. For larger or premium experiences, UNPLGD™ handles the full setup, ensuring reliable coverage, sound quality, and seamless operation.

RENTAL FAQs

  • A UNPLGD™ silent disco experience delivers more than equipment—we deliver the experience. From premium multi-channel headphones and vibrant LED visuals to white-glove delivery, setup, and support, every detail is designed for seamless, high-energy moments without compromise.

  • All equipment is delivered and set up on-site up to 24hrs prior to your scheduled start time, ensuring everything is fully tested and ready before your guests arrive.

  • Not necessarily. Our UNPLGD™ silent disco system supports multiple audio channels, so guests can choose between different music styles, instructors, or programs—creating one unified crowd with multiple experiences.

  • Clients are responsible for all equipment during the rental period. Any lost, stolen, or damaged items may be subject to replacement or repair fees, which will be outlined prior to your event.

  • Rental duration is based on the UNPLGD™ silent disco experience you book (Lite, Live, Studio, Culture, or custom). For longer events, we have multi-day and multi-week rates available with pricing dependent on the length of rental. The headphones arrive fully charged, with approximately 8-10 hours of battery life. So if you are having a multiple-day event, you may need to re-charge the headphones in-between, using the charging stations include with every multi-day order. We also offer long-term leases when you simply want a hands-off party experience throughout the year.

  • Pricing depends on the size of your crowd, event duration, location, and level of service. UNPLGD™ silent disco experience offers tiered experiences (Lite, Live, Studio, Culture) and custom activations, all delivered with white-glove support. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your vision. A booking deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 48 hrs prior to the event. We accept major credit cards and approved electronic payment methods. 

  • Yes. UNPLGD™ (silent disco) offers on-site technicians, experience managers, and optional DJs or facilitators depending on your package and event needs. Staffing and talent can be included or added to customize your experience.

EQUIPMENT FAQs

  • Our headphones are designed for immersion and comfort. With rich, balanced sound, clear channel separation, and vibrant LED indicators, every guest stays fully locked into the experience—no interference, no distractions, just pure connection and energy.

  • The Silence Activations system wirelessly transmits audio directly to each guest’s headphones. This can be powered by a live DJ, a fitness instructor, a speaker, a host microphone, or curated playlists. A DJ is optional—some experiences are music-driven, others are guided, instructional, or presentation-based.

  • Our system supports up to three simultaneous audio channels, allowing guests to switch between different music styles, instructors, or programs in real time—creating one crowd with multiple experiences.

  • Each transmitter provides reliable line-of-sight coverage of up to 1,640 feet (547 yards—about five football fields), making it ideal for gyms, ballrooms, conference spaces, churches, outdoor activations, and large venues.

  • Our professional-grade headphones are fully charged before every event and deliver 8–10+ hours of continuous use, ensuring uninterrupted performance from setup through breakdown.
